The general terms and conditions of business and delivery here are the basis for an order from BeautyTools GmbH. The current general terms and conditions of business and delivery apply to every order. These can be adjusted by BeautyTools GmbH at any time. BeautyTools GmbH is a Swiss company based in Lucerne. Place of jurisdiction is Zug, Switzerland. All orders from BeautyTools GmbH are subject to Swiss law.

Privacy Policy

  • BeautyTools GmbH uses the data entrusted to it with respect for the customer (hereinafter referred to as customer). Customer data will not be sold, rented, loaned or passed on to outsiders.

Principles

  • BeautyTools GmbH does everything possible to supply its customers with only the highest quality products from well-known manufacturers. Our priority is the satisfaction of our customers and our goal is to provide our customers with excellent service at an excellent price.
  • BeautyTools GmbH endeavors to provide product information that is as complete and correct as possible. However, customers are definitely advised to check the specific information of the package leaflet or the product information on the product manufacturer's website. The latter take precedence over the information provided by BeautyTools GmbH.
  • BeautyTools reserves the right to exclusively supply Permanent Make-Up / SMP Studios. No materials will be sent or sold to private individuals or end users.

Prices

  • All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) including Swiss VAT.

Terms of payment

  • Payment is made by invoice, credit card, TWINT and Paypal.
  • When paying by credit card, the customer's account is debited when the order is placed, unless otherwise agreed.
  • An offsetting with counterclaims of the customer that are not recognized or not legally established is excluded.
  • The customer can only exercise a right of retention if the claims are based on the same contractual relationship.

Guarantee and Warranty

  • BeautyTools GmbH does not grant any guarantee on its products that goes beyond the warranty.
  • Liability claims are to be asserted directly and exclusively against the product manufacturer. Any liability of BeautyTools GmbH is void.
  • The goods received must be checked by the recipient immediately after delivery for completeness and correctness. Complaints after 5 working days will not be accepted.

Order

  • Due to the guarantee of data protection, BeautyTools GmbH does not accept any credit card payments by telephone, email or fax.
  • BeautyTools GmbH reserves the right to make the delivery of orders dependent on a credit check. By placing an order, customers consent to obtaining a credit report.
  • BeautyTools GmbH may cancel an order if the customer is not creditworthy, has one or more outstanding invoices from BeautyTools GmbH, or for any other reason. In such a case, the customer has no right to compensation.
  • BeautyTools GmbH reserves the right to limit quantities for large orders.

Offer and conclusion of contract

  • The presentation of the products [in the online shop] does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to the customer to place a binding order (offer to conclude a contract).
  • By clicking the order button, the customer places a binding order for the products listed on the order page.
  • Immediately after receiving the order, the seller confirms receipt of the order by e-mail. The purchase contract is only concluded when the seller confirms the dispatch of the goods by email (order or dispatch confirmation) or at the latest when the goods are delivered.
  • In the case of payment in advance, the purchase contract is concluded upon confirmation of receipt of the advance payment by the seller
  • BeautyTools GmbH endeavors to fulfill the item description as precisely as possible. BeautyTools GmbH uses the original information from the respective manufacturer and provider and assumes no liability for its accuracy. In any case, customers are advised to consult the specific information of the package leaflet or the product information on the product manufacturer's website. The latter take precedence over the information provided by BeautyTools GmbH. Product images may vary.

Changes / Availability

  • Price changes and changes to the order and delivery conditions are reserved. BeautyTools GmbH makes every effort to keep the images and details provided as up-to-date as possible, but manufacturer-related changes may occur without prior notice.
  • Assortment changes can be made at any time. BeautyTools GmbH endeavors to deliver the products to the customer within the indicated delivery time. If the delivery time is exceeded or the product is no longer available in this form, the customer will be informed. In such a case, BeautyTools GmbH reserves the right to cancel an order. The customer is not entitled to compensation if a product offered or ordered cannot be delivered.
  • If several products are ordered by a customer, but one of them is no longer available, the entire order is not considered to be cancelled.

Confirmation

With the order, the customer confirms that:

  • If complaints should arise from the use of a product, he or she should immediately stop using the product and have it examined by a specialist (doctor, pharmacist, etc.).
  • He will carefully study the package leaflet (also available online on the website of the respective product manufacturer) before using the product and will contact a specialist such as a doctor, pharmacist, etc. if anything is unclear.
  • He BeautyTools GmbH will not be prosecuted for any complications, complaints, other problems that have arisen, product liability claims and he will contact the product manufacturer directly and exclusively.
  • He has given all the information truthfully.

Shipping in Switzerland

  • Shipping is via Swiss Post
  • Shipping costs: PostPac Priority CHF 7.90
  • Payment against invoice, payable within 10 days of receipt of the goods.
  • Payment by credit card (Mastercard / Visa / Paypal)
  • Payment with TWINT
  • The goods remain the property of BeautyTools GmbH until full payment.
  • Additional costs resulting from shipping to an incorrect customer address are at the expense of the customer.
  • The respective mailing company is solely liable for loss or damage during shipping. Claims of the customer are to be addressed directly to this.
  • Shipping is free for orders over CHF 350.

Shipping abroad

  • BeautyTools GmbH will not send any packages abroad until further notice.

Delivery time

  • The delivery time is stored individually for each item.
  • BeautyTools GmbH endeavors to shorten the specified delivery times, but cannot guarantee compliance with the delivery time.
  • If an order is placed with items that have different delivery times, the delivery will be made as a complete shipment. In urgent cases, partial deliveries can be requested in writing or by telephone. In this case, we reserve the right to pay additional costs.

Delayed payment

  • If the customer is in arrears with the payment of an invoice, BeautyTools GmbH can charge the defaulting customer a reminder fee of CHF 15.00 per reminder.

Complaints and returns

Non-returnable items cannot be returned due to hygienic, legal or logistical reasons.

  • The goods received must be checked immediately by the recipient to ensure they are complete and correct. Complaints after 5 working days will not be accepted.
  • Products that are the subject of complaints must be returned in the original packaging together with a copy of the invoice.
  • Returns must be stamped and the sender/customer must bear the costs for this.
